 The Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 will be held tonight in the Olympic Indoor Arena in Moscow.After two semi finals with a total of 37 countries, just 20 of them passed to the final to meet the direct finalists Germany, France, Russia, Spain and UK. 25 countries will compete tonight, but just one winner will move the Eurovision Song Contest to his/her country. The show starts at 21.00 CET, only the participating countries will be able to vote in this semi final, including France, Russia and Spain who are already in the final. Tonight all the countries, both finalists and eliminated ones, will vote tonight and the winner will be chosen by 50% televoting and 50% jury voting. If there countries receive the same votes (tie), then the country voted by the most countries gets the higher position and if there is still a tie, then the country with the most 12 point awardings gets the higher position. Except the broadcasting through local TV channels, there will be also a live Internet broadcasting without comments through Eurovision.tv Lets see the line-up for tonight:
