The stage musical ‘Mamma Mia’, based on the songs of ABBA, was transferred in the big screens of cinemas and was premiered earlier this month, but continues being shown in the cinemas all around the world.Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth are leading the cast of the movie. Three out of the four members of ABBA met together again in the premiere of the movie in London. ABBA won Eurovision Song Contest 1974 for Sweden in Brighton, UK, with the song ‘Waterloo’ and since then they continued their career until the beginning of the 80s with many songs in the top of the charts. Since its opening in London in 1999, the stage musical ‘Mamma Mia’ has has grossed US$2.0 billion in earnings and has travelled worldwide.
