The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) officially announced earlier this week that the juries of all participating countries in Eurovision 2009, will have the 50% of the outcome votes.
As Eurovision.tv announces: 'Each national jury will consist of five people, including a chairperson, who all are professionals in the music industry, such as composers, radio DJs and artist managers. There should be a variety of jury members (age, gender, etc.). All jury members must be citizens of the country they are representing, and none of the jury members must in any way be connected with any of the participating songs or artists at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest'. The details on the juries’ formation, supervision and voting will be presented during the Heads of Delegation meeting on 16th and 17th March in Moscow, Russia. The first day of the meeting marks that all participating countries should have chosen the performers and songs that will represent them in Eurovision Song Contest 2009.
