Charlotte Perrelli

After 5 heats of the Melodifestivalen, tonight 'Hero' was chosen for Eurovision 2008, and this is the 43rd entry which completes all the songs of the participating countries.

Charlotte performed 'Hero' in a fancy dress and holding a glowing microphone, she had four backing vocalists and the colours of the stage played between blue and silver.

This is the second time Charlotte enters the Eurovision Song Contest, as in 1999 was the winner of the ESC in Jerusalem, with the song 'Take me to your heaven'.
