Today RTS, the Serbian broacaster, presented the theme logo for Eurovision Song Contest 2008.

The slogan which is based is "The Confluence of Sound". Confluence, which means meeting point or junction, came out because of the geographical position of Belgrade over the meeting point of the two rivers Danube and Sava. Moreover, "Confluence" in Eurovisions, represents the meeting point of people, cultures, songs and music.

It is aparted from a music key and colour splashes. The logo is not the same as the one presented a few months ago. 

The colours of the splashes are blue, red and white, just like the colours of the Serbian Flag.

"The Confluence of Sound" is the base of this year's Eurovision Song Contest, which means that it will be used in graphics, memorabilia, the production of the song postcards (introductory videos), the stage etc.
