TVE, the Spanish broadcaster, introduces a "MySpace selection"!

A MySpace profile has been opened and artists from Spain are called to submit their interest by creating a profile, uploading their song to their profile and sending a video about them to TVE's profile.

Songs will be put under voting by visitors and the ten best chosen from the visitors an a jury, will compete in a national final on 1st March.

Submissions start tomorrow until 10 February, and participants should be living in Spain for two years at least.

On 11th February, voting starts and will last until the 20th.

The 10 most popular songs will then compete in the national final on 1st March.

Last year Spain participated in Eurovision 2007 with the song "I love you mi vida" performed by D'nash.
