The Semi Final allocation draw, the draw to decide in which of the two semi finals the participating countries will participate in, will be done on 28the January at 13.00 CET and will last for one hour.

The draw will be hosted by RTS, the Serbian broadcaster, and will be webcasted live from Eurovision.tv and broadcasted by RIK (CyBC, Cyprus).
