Alexander Rybak
After a three hour show, Europe decided Norway, Alexander Rybak and 'Fairytale' as winners of Eurovision Song Contest 2009!
Norway won the 55th Eurovision Song Contest with 387 points.
Second came Iceland with Yohanna and 'Is it true?', with 218 points.
Third was Azerbaijan with AySel & Aras and their 'Always', with 207 points.

 The Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 will be held tonight in the Olympic Indoor Arena in Moscow.
After two semi finals with a total of 37 countries, just 20 of them passed to the final to meet the direct finalists Germany, France, Russia, Spain and UK. |

The 2nd semi final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 was held tonight.
Out of the 19 participants of the second semi final, just 10 of them made it to the final. 9 of them qualified through televoting and one through the highest jury voting.

19 countries will compete tonight, but just 10 of them will qualify to the final on Saturday 16th May. 9 countries will be selected through televoting and 1 will qualify from the highest voting of juries. |

 NRK, the Norwegian broadcaster, announced earlier today the complete lineup for the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix 2009.
18 songs were selected by the broadcaster to compete in three semi finals. |
